Lunar New Year Celebration arrives in Solon

The Solon community is invited to attend the city's upcoming celebration to learn about the Year of the Snake and experience the Lunar New Year.

The Solon Community Center offers a wide range of programs for youth, teens, adults, and senior citizens throughout the year, and will be hosting the City of Solon's Lunar New Year Celebration.

The Solon community has a chance to join millions of people worldwide in celebrating the Lunar New Year. During the event, attendees will be able to immerse themselves in the festival and experience the sights, sounds, and tastes for which the Lunar New Year is known. Children at the event will be able to participate in a wide range of crafts and games. Several musical and artistic performances, including Kwan Lion Dance, are planned.
