A family-friendly fall festival will be held at Solon Community Park in October.
The City of Solon Fall Festival is an event filled with activities for families to enjoy. Attendees can take part in pumpkin decorating and compete in a pie-baking contest. There will also be a competition testing the football skills of participants. Guests can also enjoy activities such as hayrides through the park, playing backyard games, and listening to live music. Many vendors will be attending the festival at the venue’s pop-up market.
The organizer of the marketplace is the Avant-Garde Art & Craft Show, a business that hosts events showcasing local crafters and handmade artisans. The organization is owned by Becki Silverstein. The show participates in many events, including the Solon Home Days, Solon Pop-Up in the Park, and the Solon Hometown Holiday Market. A portion of the money earned by the company goes to local charities like the North East Ohio Make-a-Wish Foundation and the Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank.
The fall-themed festival will take place on Saturday, October 7th from 10:00am to 4:00pm. There are no tickets needed to enter the family festival, and registration is also unrequired.
