Demeine Estates will be organizing a special dinner later this week at the One Eleven Bistro in Medina.
The Demeine Estates Wine Dinner is an experience where guests can try different tipples from the winery while enjoying a five-course meal. The menu features dishes such as miso soup, melon-wrapped scampi, and ossobuco (braised meat with white wine). Wines offered during the dinner will include the Brendel Sauvignon Blanc, Heitz Cellar Grignolino, and Stony Hill Chardonnay. Guests also have the option to eat the five-course meal without any of the wine pairings.
Demeine Estates is a family-owned business specializing in importing and marketing wines made in Napa Valley, California. The company wants to become a globally recognized leader in selling and marketing fine wines. The Lawrence family and Carlton McCoy Jr. are the founders of the business, and Philana Bouvier is the current president. Many producers are represented by the company, such as Ink Grade and the Stony Hill Vineyard.
The wine dinner will be held this Thursday, December 2 and will begin at 6:30 pm. Tickets for the full experience will cost $75 per person, while admission for the wineless dinner will cost $50. Those with any dietary restrictions should contact the bistro prior to the event to make sure the venue can accommodate their needs. Businesses that organize meals like this can use Print shops to create custom Menus for the occasion.
