Toy and model event to return to Medina

The Medina Model Train and Toy Show is scheduled to come back to the community next month.

This long-running community event originally started in 1992 and has taken place every year since. The show generally recurs four times each year in February, April, October, and December. It is suitable for collectors, hobbyists, and sellers who are interested in model trains and rare, collectable toys. Vendors can showcase merchandise and hand out materials at the show for a fee.

The Medina Model Train and Toy Show will include more than 250 exhibits that feature model trains and collectable toys. A wide variety of train models, including American Flyer and Lionel, will be both on display for viewing or available for purchase. Toys will include matchbox cars, hot wheels, collectable dolls, and toys made from tin. In order to spread the word on when and where a community event will take place, those in charge of planning the event often invest in flyer printing to create low-cost, high-quality printed copies of event details for anyone who is interested in attending.

Admission to the six-hour event costs $6 per person.

The 2021 Medina Model Train and Toy Show is set to begin at the Medina County Fairgrounds on Sunday, February 7 starting at 9:00 am and concluding at 3:00 pm.
