The Ohio Challenger Series will be organizing a half marathon in May at the Historic Medina Square.
The 2022 Medina Half Marathon and 5K is one of many activities in the Ohio Challenger Series that people can join to test their abilities while supporting the community. The course for the race will lead runners around Lake Medina and through local neighborhoods. The Medina County Road Runners will be organizing the race, and proceeds from the event will go towards local groups such as the Mary Grace Foundation and Collins Cares.
The Ohio Challenger Series was created in 1999 to bring a unique set of races to the state. Other races held in the series include the Super Valentine's Day 5K, Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital Run for Home, and KJ's 5K for Mental Health and Animal Rescue.
