The Encore Entertainment Company show choir at Medina High School is scheduled to take to the stage for the 2012 Medina Show Choir Festival on Monday, November 19. Encore Entertainment will be joined by four other guest choirs from surrounding schools. The performance is set to take place at the Medina Performing Arts Center at 851 Weymouth Road, next to the school. The first show choir will perform at 7:00 pm on the main stage.
Entertainment events and activities such as the Show Choir Festival in Medina utilize a variety of printed materials for the occasion. Brochure printers may be needed for program or flyer printing to provide those in attendance with information regarding the agenda of performances. Such activities may also be advertised throughout the community with poster printing in the days or weeks leading up to the evening.
The other show choirs come from across Ohio, in North Royalton, Akron, Solon, and Twinsburg. The evening will also feature a variety of performances from jazz choirs, a cappella groups, and other acts. The Encore Entertainment Company will perform a variety of fully choreographed Broadway musical numbers as a taster of its competition show for the 2012-2013 season.
General admission tickets can be obtained for $5 at the door the night of the performance or purchased in advance. The Medina Performing Arts Center is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.
