Realty class to be taught in Medina

A core ethics class for realtors is scheduled to be hosted in Medina next month.

Organized by Keller Williams Realty, this free refresher class is ideal for licensed realtors in Medina to update their education. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) requires every realtor to take a codes of ethics class every three years. These classes must be no less than two hours and 30 minutes in duration and must meet NAR’s standards. Realtors can take these classes online or in another at-home format, or in person at a local realty company.

This core ethics class will be taught by instructor Alec Hagerty. It will center on how the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics and Ohio’s Canon of Ethics balance each other out, and participants will also be encouraged to examine their own individual values and beliefs. Brochure printing is often used by the organizers of courses to provide participants with physical handouts.

The course will provide realtors with another look at the core standards of realty ethics and how to most effectively deal with challenging ethical situations when they arise.

Those who are interested in attending the class can register online for free.

This event is set to take place at the Keller Williams Tri-County Properties building on Tuesday, April 14 from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm.
