Medina to host annual fundraiser dinner and entertainment event

The 14th yearly Raising the Roof Dinner and Entertainment Charity Benefit is set to take place in Medina this August.

Medina Creative Housing holds the Raising the Roof event each year to help support the organization. Medina Creative Housing works to provide support, services, and housing to the disabled of the community. Medina locals can contribute to the organization by attending the event, becoming a sponsor, or donating auction items.

Those who wish to join the event can purchase tickets at $110 per individual.

Sponsors can choose between support options including the $250 Forde (Model T Coupe) sponsorship, the $500 Chevrolet (FB-50 touring), the $1,000 Fiat Chrysler (Fiat 501), the $2,500 Cadillac (Victoria Coupe), the $5,000 Mercedes (PS Sport), and the $10,000 Rolls Royce (Silver Ghost). Sponsors will receive mentions in programs, opening remarks, and in advertisements.

This upbeat Medina event will feature a ‘roaring into the ‘20’s’ theme with food suited to the era, live music by the Gatsby Gang Jazz Band, dancing, live and silent auctions, raffles, and games of chance. When organizing yearly events, hosts favor poster printing as a highly effective yet inexpensive method of advertising

This celebratory dinner and entertainment fundraiser is scheduled for Friday, August 21 from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm at the Weymouth Country Club.
