Medina to celebrate moms with community night out

Main Street Medina will hold an event in May where local moms can enjoy deals and live entertainment at Public Square.

Ladies Night Out is an experience where mothers can get special treatment from local businesses and organizations. The stores participating in the event will host in-house giveaways and hand out gifts to visiting mothers. Buehler's will give attending moms a free carnation while supplies last. The first 200 ladies to come to Public Square will receive a swag bag. There will also be free activities held at the shopping district and restaurants with discounts.

The live entertainment for Ladies Night Out will be provided by Sarah's Violin Studio. The music school offers lessons for the violin, piano, and viola. There are 150 students who take classes at the organization, and the classes are open to all ages over four. The studio director is Sarah Icardi, a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University who played her first solo at 16 with the Baldwin Wallace Youth Orchestra. She has also performed with The Cleveland Women's Orchestra.

The Ladies Night Out celebration will take place on Thursday, May 9. Activities will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm. There is no cost to take part in Main Street Medina's program, and registration is also not necessary. Vendors who participate in community activities like this may use banner printing to help more consumers notice their brands.
