Medina gymnastics center to have student showcase

The Dominique Moceanu Gymnastics Center in Medina will organize a student performance in February.

The Preschool and Recreational Showcase is an event where those enrolled at the Dominique Moceanu Gymnastics Center can perform for their families. Several classes will be represented during the program, including the Tiny Tykes, Hot Shots, and Supernovas. A portion of the funds earned at the event will support the Cleveland Animal Protective League. Parents will have opportunities to participate in the performance alongside their children during the show.

The Dominique Moceanu Gymnastics Center is a school that was opened by professional gymnast Dominique Moceanu to give people an abuse-free environment for training. The facility offers several programs, including yoga lessons, adult gymnastics classes, and camps. The co-owner of the center is Dr. Michael B. Canales, a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon. Students can sign up for private lessons with Moceanu at the center.

The student showcase will be held on Saturday, February 25 from 3:00 pm to 8:10 pm. Registration will cost $70 per student, which includes the cost of the event’s uniform. Tickets to see the show are $7 per person, and only two guests are allowed for each gymnast. The center will have streaming options available for family members to view the performances from home. Schools that host talent showcases such as this may use brochure printing to make event programs for attendees.
