Families with pre-schoolers can attend a fun seasonal activity in October at the Cool Beans Café in Medina.
The Preschool Cookie Decorating Class is an event that helps children develop their motor skills while decorating Halloween-themed cookies. Each child will be given three sugar cookies to decorate during the lesson, and the course will only allow one parent to attend per child. The class will be held in a nut-free environment. Businesses with holiday classes similar to this can promote their activities to the public using poster printing services.
Cool Beans Café is a cozy coffee shop in downtown Medina that was once called the Best Place to Meet in Medina County by readers of the Gazette. The store offers catering services for local events and sells food like paninis and salads. The business even has a cooking school for children and adults with lessons such as creating empanadas, slow cooker chili, and pizza. Seasonal cookie decorating courses are also held during November and December.
The class, intended for children ages three to five, will take place on Monday, October 25 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Tickets for the decorating activity will cost $6 per child. Adults attending the lesson do not need to purchase a ticket to enter. Refunds for the course will be available up to seven days before the class is held.
