The Medina Country Arts Council will be organizing a chocolate-themed activity in October in Downtown Medina.
The Medina County Arts Council’s Chocolate Walk is an event that celebrates Sweetest Day. During the activity, local people can interact with local businesses while trying various samples of chocolates. There will be at least 20 chocolate samples available to participants. Stores interested in taking part in the event must provide 300 individually wrapped chocolate samples. The organizers want businesses to stray away from chocolate kisses and candy bars in favor of more unique submissions.
Companies can promote themselves during the walk and support the Medina County Arts Council by becoming a sponsor. Stores may become a Mint Chocolate sponsor for $500 to receive benefits like their logo being displayed on the event map and a chance to add an item to the activity’s promotional bag. The organizers will also sell one Dark Chocolate sponsorship for $1,200, which includes a promotional table, complimentary event tickets, and the sponsor’s logo being featured on all event tote Bags.
The walk will be held on Saturday, October 15th from noon to 4:00 pm. Regular admission will cost guests $30, and those who sign up after October 14th must pay $40. Discounted admission is available until September 12th. Businesses that join in community activities like this can use banner printing to promote the events.
