Medina bar to organize fundraiser

The Thirsty Cowboy in Medina will hold a fundraiser for those with Alzheimer's in March.

Thirsty for a Cure is a concert and fundraiser where people can show their support for the Alzheimer's Foundation. The headliner act for the program is Old Skool. All proceeds from the event will go toward the organization and its goal of finding a cure for the disease. Attendees can take part in silent auctions, basket raffles, and 50/50 drawings. Guests may also purchase T-Shirts at the concert for $20.

Companies interested in helping the event can become a Silver Sponsor for $200 or a Gold Sponsor for $800. There are many perks for sponsoring the concert, such as having store logos featured on the event tees and being recognized on social media. Gold Sponsors will also be given an eight-person table near the performance stage. There are 20 Silver Sponsor slots and 5 Gold Sponsor packages available for the event.

The Old Skool fundraiser concert will take place on Sunday, March 3rd at 2:00pm. Tickets for the event are $40 per person, which will include admission to the performance and a buffet dinner. Only those who are 18 years old or older can take part in the event. Bars that hold fundraising shows such as this may use brochure printing to create custom programs for their concerts.
