A new treat introduced itself to Medina recently. Lemonberry Frozen Yogurt, a hands-on, do-it-yourself type of dessert shop that opened on the Medina Square last month, lets customers create their own sweet treats. Customers first select their favorite flavors of yogurt and then cover the frozen treat with any number of fun and tantalizing toppings.
Flavors of frozen yogurt, which change on a weekly basis, include kiwi strawberry, peanut butter, cheesecake, cake batter, apple pie and more. The shop boasts 50 flavors of frozen yogurt, which also includes a variety of low-fat, non-fat, sugarless and non-dairy flavors. Lemonberry also offers customers a broad selection of at least 50 toppings, including a variety of cereals, fresh fruits and nuts.
Medina welcomes Lemonberry Frozen Yogurt to the area. The Bechke family opened the first Lemonberry Frozen Yogurt in Strongsville last August. After the success of that shop, they decided to expand with the Medina location. Plans for yet another delicious Lemonberry location is planned for Brecksville in the coming months.
