Classic car show to return to Medina

The Classic GBody Garage will hold its annual car show in July at the Medina County Fairgrounds.

The 6th Annual GBody Classic is a program where people can browse car-related vendors while viewing impressive vehicles. Attendees can purchase food at various food trailers and enjoy entertainment from a live DJ. There will also be a wash station set up at the car show and spaces where people can camp. Those interested in camping at the event must pay $35 per night. The cost to become a vendor at the car fest is between $50 and $125 for a booth space.

The Garage is a facility based in Cleveland, Ohio that was founded in 2009. The owner of the organization is Brian Suter, and the manager is Frank Hooks Jr. The group's mission is to preserve the culture of iconic cars made by General Motors, such as the Monte Carlo, Le Mans, and Cutlass. One major accomplishment by the garage was restoring a 1987 Buick Grand National that was turned in for scrap.

The classic car show will be held on Saturday, July 22 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Those interested in being at the event must pay $10 for parking.
