Real estate specialist to give presentation in Avon Lake
Amy Margiotti from Howard Hanna will visit the Avon Lake Public Library in April to hold a lecture on downsizing.
The Downsizing Dilemma is a program that teaches attendees how to navigate the challenges of moving to a smaller home. The discussion will cover how to put together an effective downsizing plan and how people can determine the right time to move. Housing types will also be covered in the program. The lecture will take place in the library's Waugaman Gallery and will be open to all ages, though adults are the intended audience for the discussion.

She has won multiple awards, including the Quality Service Award and President's Sales Club Award of Distinction.
