Reading Room Mondays have kicked off at The Bookstore Bar in Patchogue. Organizers hope to kick start a weekly series designed for area residents with a love of reading to start their week on the right foot. The event is being billed as “a softer way to start your week,” pairing a peaceful setting for attendees to work on projects, tackle work tasks, or read their newest book.
The venue is designed to provide quiet corners that are ideal for reading Books and enjoying coffee or cocktails. Besides coffee and cocktails, attendees can choose from several tea and mocktail options for a warm beverage to sip.
