Patchogue festival to continue with two more dates
In August, Patchogue’s Sundown Festival is returning for two more dates, for anyone who missed the previous festival date in July.
Hosted by the Patchogue Chamber of Commerce and the Patchogue Young Professionals, the Sundown Festival is a family-friendly street festival aimed at bringing the community together in a fun, safe environment. The first festival day was held in July, and the two remaining dates will be this August.
Held along Main Street, the festive will feature five musical stages where various bands will entertain the crowd. There will also be outdoor dining options from local restaurants for attendees to enjoy, although there will be no drinking pens. Craft retail vendors and the Patchogue’s farmers market will be present for people to shop for one-of-a-kind gifts and fresh food. The Patchogue Arts Councils (PAC) popular Vendor Circus will be there featuring unique vendors, live painting, and family-friendly art experiences.
The Sundown Festival is scheduled for August 5 and August 19, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A rain day has been set aside for August 26. The event will run along Main Street, so expect road closures from Maples Avenue to West Avenue.
Large festivals like this often make use of brochures to inform the attendees of various events happening, which makes brochure printing services an important part of the planning process.
