Patchogue art exhibition to celebrate art in motion
Next month, the Divine Madness Collective in Patchogue will host Art in Motion: A Morning of Movement, Meditation, Art, Sound + Community event, which will be both a creative exhibition and a workshop in expressive art and meditation.
Art the Art in Motion event, creativity will take center stage, inviting attendees to explore and nurture their artistic sides while also connecting with their fellow community members. The art exhibition will be free to attend, while the interactive class will require a ticket purchase.
The class will begin with a grounding meditation and breathwork session, followed by a yoga portion, and will end with a gentle sound blessing intended to spark connection and encourage self-expression. The meditative movements taught during the class will transform participants into living works of art, blurring the lines between creator and creation. The art exhibition will feature works of art for local female artists. All art displayed will be for sale, and 100 percent of the sales will go to the artists.
