Joann LeGreca will guide entrants through a class on how to create a personal journal that will guide them towards their objectives.
The workshop will be open to Massapequa residents and locals from nearby cities like Levittown and Westbury.
The workshop will involve a mix of meditation, yoga, and journaling. LeGreca will start with stretching and meditation exercises to help entrants relax and clear their minds, which is then followed by journaling. LeGreca hopes that by journaling, participants will be prepared to develop their vision board – a visual collage of goals and aspirations the participant holds.
LeGreca asks that entrants bring their own Notebooks. Stationery printers are often utilized to provide other materials needed for such classes, like markers, poster boards, stickers, glue, and scissors. There will be an online virtual option for the class, but entrants who choose to stay at home will need to obtain their own materials.
LeGreca will also ensure that the safety of each participant will be ensured. Everyone will be required to wear face masks upon entry but can take them off once seated. Hand sanitizer will also be provided during the workshop.
The workshop will be taking place on January 3, 2021 between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. The event will cost $40 for those attending in-person and $30 for those who are attending online.
