For the 10th consecutive year, the Michael Magro Foundation will be hosting their Evening of Tasting and Giving event.
This year it will take place at The Carltun at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, New York. Some of the most well-known restaurants and bars on Long Island will be providing food for those in attendance.
The proceeds from the event will primarily be sent to the Pediatric Hematology Oncology Program at Stony Brook Hospital and the Cancer Center for Kids at Winthrop University Hospital. Other pediatric centers will receive funds from the event as well.
The Michael Magro Foundation is named after a 13-year-old boy from Hicksville, New York who passed away from leukemia. The Foundation was created in 2005 with the goal of raising funds to support families who were going through similar situations. Its programs help to fund hospitals and care centers, as well as programs meant for supporting families.
Promoters for this event may turn to printing companies to create advertising materials like Flyers, Postcards, or Posters. Flyers or Posters could be distributed in nearby areas like Hempstead or Levittown to raise awareness for the event, while Postcards could be mailed to anyone already associated with the Foundation.
The dinner will take place on Monday, October 6, from 6:30 pm until 9:30 pm. There is a $75 admission fee to attend.Get a Free Quote for Flyers Get a Free Quote for Postcards Get a Free Quote for Posters
