A commemorative event will start next month to honor a local hero for his military service, and Levittown residents are invited to attend the celebration.
GooseFest 2024 is scheduled to start in a few weeks, providing Levittown residents with live music and food to honor the service of Master Sergeant Christopher J. Raguso. Raguso has served in the military and the New York Fire Department and has dedicated his life to serving others. Guests will enjoy access to beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages at the event.
The musicians will perform rain or shine, so guests are encouraged to dress for the weather to remain comfortable at the event. All paying attendees will receive a gold coin when entering the event’s venue, which they can redeem for a complimentary four-pack of The 6th Wave IPA donated by Sand City Brewing in Raguso’s honor. Banner printing is a fantastic way to raise awareness and commemorate individuals at events like this.
Food trucks will be on site at the event to provide snacks and meals to attendees. Tickets will be for sale online and at the door, and children 14 and under who are accompanied by an adult get free admission.
Sand City Brewing will host the event on Saturday, May 18, with the doors opening at 11:00 AM. Tickets cost $50 per attendee.
