Costello has spent more than 30 years as a coach in Levittown, and 25 of those years have been at MacArthur High School. Under his guidance, the school's baseball team has racked up 468 wins and just 112 losses. In 1994, his team made Long Island history by becoming the first undefeated team from the island.
