Levittown gets a homebuying education

There will be a first-time home purchaser seminar taking place this August in Levittown.

This three-hour seminar is being organized by the Homebuyer Learning Center powered by Contour Mortgage, whose aim is to help individuals learn all they need to know in regards to buying a home.

This seminar aims to provide individuals with the necessary information about first-time home buying. It will provide an opportunity for individuals to:

• Determine how much they can afford
• Understand the different types of mortgages
• Learn how to find a real estate agent
• Learn about to placing an offer on a home
• Understand what needs to be done when closing
• Learn how to negotiate a fair price
• Communicate with lenders and professionals with experience in the process of homebuying
• Ask questions about any aspects of the homebuying process they are concerned about.

The event is free to attend, although reservations need to be made in advance. Individuals can book their place through the event listing on Eventbrite.

Brochure printing can be a great way for organizers to provide attendees with take home information about the homebuying process at events like this.

The seminar will be taking place on Thursday, August 17. It will begin at 6:20 pm and will conclude at 9:30 pm. The location will be at 3025 Hempstead Turnpike, Levittown, New York.
