A bowling tournament is coming to Levittown to celebrate Independence Day, and area residents and bowlers are invited to register for a chance to win.
The Bowlage Independence Weekend Tournament will welcome area bowlers who want to dust off their shoes and bowling balls to celebrate the Fourth of July in style. Enrollment is expected to be high, with last year’s tournament receiving 108 entries, which remains the maximum allocation for this year. The tournament will use fixed handicap tiers to ensure a competitive field and a fun experience for all.
Each bowler will get at least five games, with the top players moving on to the Casher’s Round. These remaining bowlers will get two more games before proceeding to the finals. Bowlers with a sub-200 average will bowl with 14 pins, and seniors will also receive a similar handicap. Flyer printing is an excellent way to build awareness and encourage community members to register for such competitions and tournaments.
Bowlers will change lanes after each game to ensure fairness and determine a true champion. Food and beverages will be available throughout the tournament.
The tournament will be held at Levittown Lanes NY Bowling in Levittown on Saturday, July 5, starting at 11:00 AM. Registration is open online for $100 per bowler and can be completed via the AllEvents.in listing.
