Stevie Nicks, who has had success as a member of the iconic group Fleetwood Mac and as a solo artist, is on her way to KeyBank Center in Buffalo, and will no doubt sell out the concert.
Nicks started her career by releasing the album “Buckingham Nicks” with Lindsey Buckingham, her boyfriend. The album brought the duo to the attention of Fleetwood Mac, who were shaking up their lineup at the time. In 1975, the two joined Fleetwood Mac, where Nicks’s talent helped the group rise to the top as one of music’s best-selling bands ever. Fleetwood Mac has total sales of more than 120 million records throughout the world, and the second album they made since Nicks came aboard, “Rumors,” was a runaway blockbuster, certified by the RIAA in the United States as 20-times Platinum.
Nicks was still with Fleetwood Mac when she began appearing solo. “Bella Donna,” her studio album, went multi-Platinum and hit the top of the Billboard 200 chart. Now 75 years old, she has released eight albums on her own, eight with Fleetwood Mac, and her first effort with Lindsay Buckingham.
