Boy band visits Buffalo

A seasoned boy band is coming to Buffalo for a headline performance this October.

The Jonas Brothers comprise brothers Nick, Joe, and Kevin Jonas, who formed their pop rock outfit in 2005. That year, they wrote their initial record, which was released on a Disney label, Hollywood Records, in 2006. They made numerous appearances on the Disney Channel, which helped build their popularity.

They starred in the film “Camp Rock,” a 2008 Disney Channel Original Movie, and appeared again in “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam,” a 2010 follow-up to the first film. They had their own series, “Jonas,” which ran on the Disney Channel, and was rebranded for the second season as “Jonas L.A.” They have a successful recording career: in addition to their first album, 2006’s “It’s About Time,” they have seven albums total to their credit, and world-wide sales of about eight million albums. The latest, “Greetings from Your Hometown,” was released in 2025.

The band has broken up and reunited several times, with each of the brothers undertaking various solo projects. In 2011, Kevin was studying music product; Nick was on tour with Nick Jones & the Administration, his band; and Joe released “Fastlife,” his debut album. They reunited in 2019, and the upcoming concert will take fans on a journey throughout the group’s history and greatest hits.

The Jonas Brothers will appear on October 20 at Buffalo’s KeyBank Center. Shows like this can benefit when organizers prepare advertising for them using poster printing.
