Buffalo welcomes Queen City

Queen City Traveling Market is coming to Buffalo to help people make an early start on their holiday season plans, bringing independent shopping options to the area in just over a week’s time.

Buffalo residents and visitors will be presented with an event made up of small businesses offering a range of local products, many of which are eclectic, vintage, or artisan-created. The gatherings encourage people to shop small and locally.

The event brings dozens of artisan vendors to the Larkin Square. Crafts and unique gifts will be available for the discerning and fun shopper. Food vendors will also be on site tempting the palette. In total, over 40 vendors are expected to participate.

Vendors frequently contract with local Print shops to create Banners for the booths or areas at public events. The banner printing can be on any color of vinyl desired and can contain text, images, and striking graphic design.

A community food drive for canned foods will be part of the festivities in conjunction with the WNY Food Shuttle. Hygiene products are also needed and may be donated at the function.

The outdoor market spreads across the parking lot at the Larkin Square, which is located at 745 Seneca Street. The event will take place on Saturday, September 18 beginning at 10:00 am and running through to 2:00 pm.
