Williamsville plans holiday celebration with Santa

Williamsville is a community that knows how to throw a celebration, and the kickoff to its holiday festivities will offer activities for all ages.

The village has a variety of activities in store for the occasion and there will be something for almost every age. The schedule opens at 10:00 am, and it will keep on going until it's time for the lights to be thrown on its holiday tree.

The excitement will start when Santa arrives, and he will spend time at both the Meeting House and the Train Depot. The holiday trolley bus will offer free transportation to all the participating venues, and everyone can hop on and off, visiting any stores or eateries they wish. The Town Hall and Library will both boast vendor markets, and at least 50 have reserved a selling space. Parents may want to keep their phone or camera handy so they can catch photos of the fun, and at 6:00 pm, it will be time to head to the Village Hall for the tree lighting.

Communities that plan winter holiday events often host these activities outdoors. A banner printing company can craft decor and other materials that can withstand exposure to the elements, including options that can be folded or rolled up for storage until they are needed again.

December 6th will see Williamsville welcome one and all for its day of holiday fun. More details are available on the Amherst Chamber of Commerce website.
