Williamsville is proud to be home to a large group of organizations that care about their community, and an upcoming gathering will introduce them to locals.
The Kindness Festival is set to celebrate its inaugural year, and it will be popping up in Eastern Hills Mall. Its planners say it will be a huge event, and it will help connect community members with not-for-profits that will be able to offer them a range of services and supports.
Attendees at the June festival can browse through the booths set up by the various organizations, asking questions and learning about their work. Many will be distributing Promotional Products to the crowd, while the kids in attendance can go for a spin in one of the inflatables. There will be other fun as well, including a chicken BBQ.
Along with the rest of the excitement of the occasion, the attendees can enter their name in a raffle draw for a basket filled with Corporate Gifts. Any interested organizations or businesses that would like to get involved or sponsor the activity can contact the planners at kindnessfestival2023@gmail.com.
The Kindness Festival initiative will be kicking off for the first time on Sunday, June 10 at 11:00 am, continuing until 6:00 pm. At least 75 not-for-profits are expected to be on hand for the day.
