To raise more funds, the Guma Foundation has been holding fundraising nights on an annual basis. With one coming up soon, the people concerned may wish to use banner printing in Secaucus.
Pat Guma has told The Jersey Journal that:
“Whenever we hear about a kid with a brain tumor we think about what the kid would really like. We understand that the entire family is affected by a child's illness and believe that anything that can restore some normalcy to the family is a worthwhile contribution.”
The Guma family included a schoolteacher who died at the age of 56. It then provided scholarships to graduates from the high school at which Ralph Guma had been employed.
However, Ralph Guma Jr. died when he was nine years old, due to a brain tumor. This was the result of the child being afflicted with a brain tumor. This led the family to start contributing to the Hackensack University Medical Center.
Mrs. Guma has made clear that the gala night, which takes place on February 28, will include a wide range of activities. Tickets will be sold for $100. All of the proceeds will go to the Hackensack University Medical Center through the Tomorrows Children’s Fund. The event is scheduled to take place in Secaucus in LaReggia’s Restaurant on Wood Avenue.
