Four-course meal planned for wine lovers
The chilly weather has arrived in Charlotte, but an event planned with wine lovers in mind can help to take some of the chill from the winter air.
A four-course dinner that will put Taub family wines front and center is set to be hosted this February by Maggiano’s Little Italy, and it will include a chance to meet with a representative of the winery. The rep will guide the tasting session, offering notes along the way, and it can be both a chance to learn and enjoy a special meal as well.
The evening will begin with a charcuterie board and wine pairing, which will be followed by salad, rolls, and more wine parings. Several dishes will comprise the main course, which will be followed by dessert, and as with the rest of the dinner, these courses will be accompanies by wine selections.
At the end of the dinner, each of the guests will be going home with some special party favors and other corporate gifts, and there will also be prize draws. Tickets can be purchased now for this event, and they are $75.00 each.
