Annual winter ball to return to Stevensville

The yearly Winter Masquerade Ball is set to come back to Stevensville for its second year this February.

Ravens Nest 20 of Queen Anne’s County is the host of this annual event. Since 2001, the Ravens Nest 20 has been a social fan club of the Baltimore Ravens. In addition to supporting the Baltimore Ravens, the club also donates to local causes and charities from around Queen Anne’s County.

The second annual Winter Masquerade Ball will feature a Mardi Gras theme. Participants are advised to dress in formal wear in preparation for the event. Perks include appetizers, a meal, dessert, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.

Suitable for adults 21 years of age and older, registration for the ball costs $100 per couple and $55 per individual. There are several ways that guests from Stevensville can choose from to pay for their tickets, including through PayPal, Venmo, by check, or with cash. Event proceeds will help to support charities and causes from across Queen Anne’s County. To advertise local events efficiently, the organizers of similar fundraisers use poster printing to spread detailed, attention-grabbing printouts throughout the community, notifying residents as to when and where the event will take place.

The Mardi Gras Winter Masquerade Ball is scheduled to take place at the American Legion Post on Saturday, February 20 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
