Catonsville foodies who would like to try some new dishes will be able to do so during an event that will give local chefs time to shine.
Whitehouse Caterers will be supplying the fare for the Chef’s Diner planned at Overhills Mansion in mid-May. It will include three courses as well as dessert, and everyone can bring along wine or beer if they wish to enjoy along with their food.
The function will offer several different seating options, including private rooms that may be booked for an additional cost. There will be no corkage fee charged, and a chiller and ice will be provided. The menu will feature farm-to-table ingredients when possible, and tickets for the meal start at $75.00. They must be purchased in advance. There are two entree choices available, and the diners will need to indicate which one they would like to have by no later than May 11.
Special meals may call for custom printed materials such as Menus, table cards, and VIP invites. These can all be prepared by a brochure printing company in the area.
