Watertown is set to usher in the spring with the help of a live music festival open to all residents.
The Watertown MusicFest has been known to draw a large crowd, and this year's performances should offer something for everyone. Known for an eclectic selection of performers and its use of multiple stages, this event also caters to up-and-coming musicians. It is not uncommon for high school bands, students from nearby conservatories, and local ensembles to participate. Organizers have also stated that guests can expect to enjoy up to 50 performances
In addition to music, there will be other onsite attractions that attendees can enjoy. These include pizza, refreshments, and a musical "petting zoo" that provides guests with an opportunity to try out different musical instruments. Finally, commemorative T-Shirts can be purchased. All funds will be used to support Watertown Public Schools.
Organizers of community-oriented events will normally leverage local advertising strategies to address limited budgets. Some approaches may include partnering with Graphic Design Services, producing Flyers, and providing updates via social media feeds.
The 2026 Watertown MusicFest is being held on Friday, April 10. Doors open at 5:30 pm, and all performances will conclude at 9:00 pm. This event will be hosted by the Watertown Middle School located at 68 Waverley Avenue. While there is no charge to attend, donations of between $8 and $25 are welcome.
