Artists and budding craftspeople from throughout Watertown have begun clearing their schedules in anticipation of an event set to take place in August. This festival provides an excellent way to display recent works, and it also provides an opportunity to mingle with the public.
The Watertown Arts Market will soon be hosting a public event intended to provide local artists with the exposure that they deserve. Numerous artists have already confirmed that they plan to attend this event. Some notable examples include Hazel Street Pottery, Mark Greenbaum, F&K Designs, Thrive in Motion, Marilyn Salvas Photography, and Kirstin Ilse.
While the exhibitions represent the main attractions, additional on-site activities can be enjoyed by all. Some examples include food vendors, activities designed for children, and live music. Performers include School of Rock, Arto Vaun, The Savtones, and The Show Must Go On. Organizers are expected to announce more details as the date draws closer.
