In the late 1970s, the sitcom "Three's Company” became very popular, and a Caldwell event will pay homage to one of its well-loved characters.
The city will play host to 'the Mrs. Roper Romp', and it’s set for late May. On offer in Indian Creek Plaza, it will showcase what makes Caldwell’s Downtown core such a popular shopping district.
Those who participate in the Romp are encouraged to fully enter into the spirit of the occasion by wearing the loudest caftan and brightest plastic necklaces they can find, and they may even choose to go all out and don a curly red wig. There will be lots of laughter and photo ops, and the attendees will stroll through the plaza, stopping at local businesses. This will be the second year for the activity, and it promises to be lots of fun.
Pub crawls and other activities where the participants stroll from venue to venue may be a lot of fun, and organizers often turn to local printing services companies for Promotional Products and other support. They will be happy to help, and can provide a full line of custom Print work.
Caldwell will be welcoming the 2026 Mrs. Roper Romp on May 30th. Anyone who would like to participate can add their name to the list through its Facebook listing.
