Accountability seminar to guide Caldwell business owners

An accountability seminar is coming to the Caldwell area next month, providing a space for entrepreneurs and business owners to learn leadership basics.

The Holding People Accountable seminar will stop in Caldwell in a few weeks. It provides leadership development and networking for aspiring business owners and managers. The event will feature a speaking engagement and a dinner where attendees can make new connections and add to their network.

The event aims to show participants the steps to take when holding employees accountable. The seminar, led by Art Atkinson, aims to show productive methods for accountability in the workplace. Atkinson has years of experience working with the Express Employment International franchises, teaching as many as 3,000 small businesses the basics of streamlined operations.

Atkinson will share insights to motivate team members to improve performance and tips to help individuals who are struggling. Business card printing is an excellent resource for networking at seminars and events like this.

Attendees at all levels of management can use the event to view accountability in a different way. Atkinson’s teachings will allow Idaho businesses to help employees grow and propel their brands forward.

The seminar will be held at Leaders Loft on Thursday, July 25th, starting at 3:30 PM and ending at 6:00 PM after dinner. General admission tickets are $50 and can be purchased online.
