Smyrna artists are once again preparing to attend an upcoming market. This one-day festival will be showcasing a wide array of items produced by budding artisans, and plenty of holiday gift possibilities await.
The 9th Annual Smyrna Handmade Market has been sponsored by the Indie Arts Alliance, an organization focused on supplying local artists with the support needed to enjoy long-term success. This is also an event intended to provide a means for residents to connect with one another, and to get a jump on their holiday shopping before the season officially begins.
Although plenty of handmade retail goods will be available, this year's festival features an additional attraction. Coordinators have partnered with the Smyrna Arts Council and Spring Art Studios. Their premises will be open throughout the day, and they are set to showcase a number of art exhibitions.

The 9th Annual Smyrna Handmade Market has been scheduled for Saturday, November 14th from 11 AM to 5 PM. All vendors can be found within the Old Smyrna Firehouse located at 2889 Alexander Street. The exhibitions will also be housed within the Spring Art Studios Annex immediately next door. There is no charge to attend.
