Preparations are underway in for an event that will show love to businesses in and around Pinellas Park, and everyone is welcome to join in later this month.
Dubbed “Localtopia”, the event will put local independent companies and not-for-profit organizations in the spotlight, and it is anticipated that there will be up to 200 of them taking part. Suitable for all ages, it will be a one-stop shopping occasion, making it easy for the public to participate, and there will even be food and beverages available on site.
Both makers and merchants have already reserved their space for the function, and there will also be booths offering information about health, hobbies, and other subjects. Budding green thumbs can head to the All Things Plants village, and a food truck rally is also in the works. A DJ will supply high-energy entertainment.
The planners of this annual community building activity explained that, for the safety of all, masks are mandatory and temperature Checks will be performed at the entrance.
