Folklore and holiday collide in Pinellas Park

The German-American Society will host Krampusnacht 2025 this December, inviting guests into an evening where ancient Alpine legend meets modern celebration.

Attendees can expect encounters with performers dressed as Krampus, the horned counterpart to St. Nicholas—whose handcrafted costumes and chilling presence will create a night of folklore that comes alive. DJ NightRaven will provide a dark and electrifying soundtrack with sets spanning industrial, German metal, and post-punk. Adding to the spectacle, the Island Witches Fire Dance Troupe will deliver performances throughout the night.

Traditional German fare, including bratwurst, goulash, and authentic beer selections, will be served alongside a fiery Feuerzangenbowle demonstration, where mulled wine is set ablaze for dramatic effect. The celebration will extend across the venue with upgraded sound, expanded food and drink stations, a new Bierhall setup, and the return of the Krampuslauf parade. Attendance is capped at 850 guests, ensuring an intimate yet electrifying experience.

Tickets are $15 per person. Tickets can be purchased through the Eventbrite listing. Refunds for purchases will be available 24 hours prior to the event.

Organizers may use banner printing to visually amplify the folklore-inspired theme of events such as this one, drawing community interest through bold, atmospheric event promotion.

Gates open at 5 pm, and the main festivities will run from 6 to 10 pm at the German-American Society, 8098 66th St North, Pinellas Park, Florida.
