The annual Pinellas Taco Fest will return to Pinellas Park for its fifth year, offering a weekend devoted to regional chefs, inventive taco creations, and community entertainment.
Organized by SIK Promotions, the festival continues to expand its footprint and remains one of the area’s most anticipated food events.
This year’s edition features more than 20 restaurants and food vendors competing for the distinction of “Best Taco in Tampa Bay 2026.” Competitors will present entries across categories including chicken, pork, beef, seafood, and an open “other” division intended to spotlight the event’s most unconventional flavors. A panel of local food writers and community figures will evaluate submissions on presentation and taste before awarding the top honors. Additional distinctions such as “Most Creative Taco” and “Most Craveable Taco” broaden the competition’s scope.
The weekend will also include live performances, a children’s activity zone, and on-site animal rescue groups with adoptable pets. A ticketed taco-eating challenge is scheduled for Sunday. Portions of festival proceeds will support local rescue organizations, reinforcing the event’s community-focused mission.
