Pinellas Park workshop to teach secrets of tree TLC

An upcoming workshop will teach Pinellas Park residents how they can bring some extra green to the city.

A virtual gardening seminar will give horticultural newbies and well-worn green thumbs alike information they will be able to put to use on their own property. It will begin with the basics of getting a newly planted tree established and go on from there.

Along with the fundamentals of installing a tree in the landscape, the participants will receive lots of tips for how to keep their trees in top shape. The registrants can ask questions, discover why plants can be a welcome addition to a community and why they are important. Sustainability will be one of the main themes of the event, and it is being offered by the Largo Public Library and the City of Largo Recreation. Parks, and Arts.

Even though the participants in this sort of online workshop will not meet their presenter or other learners in person, they can still benefit from having handouts and other printed informational materials. If they provide their address, the host can send out kits that contain a variety of pamphlets and other materials prepared by a brochure printing company.

This opportunity to be included in a live, online learning event will be on offer on September 26. Its scheduled start time will be 10:30 am, and it will be offered on Facebook.
