Pinellas Park shows its monster side

The inaugural Clearwater 2xtreme Monster Truck Show will happen near Pinellas Park in less than two weeks.

Jimmy and Dawn Creten are the owners of the Kansas-based monster truck team 2xtreme Racing. The organization, which has been producing and owning monster trucks since the mid-1990s, is best known for its three popular trucks – Bounty Hunter, Scarlet Bandit, and Iron Outlaw. 2xtreme Racing currently advertises and takes part in its own monster truck racing series.

The event will feature a battle between many of the giant vehicles. There will be a pre-show party where attendees can meet their favorite drivers and take pictures of the trucks. Children can take part in the Kids Power Wheel Racing for a chance to win a T-shirt and be named champion. Those interested in attending the event will also be entertained by Freestyle MX back-flippers.

General admission starts at $25. The family four-pack costs $65 for two adults and two kids. VIP packages start at $42.50 per person or $130 for a family four-pack.

Poster printing is a great way for organizers to provide information about events such as this.
