Pinellas Park orchid fans are getting ready for an annual event that incorporates many varieties of these exotic flowers.
With species ranging from phalaenopsis to dendrobiums and many other species on display, The West Coast Orchid Society's annual Show and Sale is quickly approaching, and tickets can be purchased now for the expo.
A selection of orchid vendors from across Florida will have plants on display during the 25th anniversary of this yearly event. Sanctioned by the American Orchid Society, the event has lots to offer for both orchid lovers and those who have yet to grow one of these plants.
Guests at the event will be able to browse through an assortment of displays, and creative use of orchids will be the order of the day. There will be orchid judging and raffle draws, and at least seven vendors have already signed on.
