Pinellas Park hosts family fun day

Painting with a Twist presents a kids’ paint and sip day in September.

Cathy Deano and Renee Maloney started Painting with a Twist following the effects of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. It was their way of getting people to come together to unwind and get in touch with their creative side. Painting with a Twist now has studios in 37 states and has created millions of paintings.

The family-friendly event is open to children from seven years old and up. Those interested in attending will be given a 16x20 canvas, paint, and paintbrushes. It is a bring-your-own-bottle (BYOB) event, but cups, small plates, and napkins will be provided. Attendees can take their own snacks, juice, wine, or beer. Must be 21 years old and over to drink alcohol.

Tickets cost $35 per person, and it is recommended that children arrive at the venue 15 to 20 minutes early. Those purchasing tickets separately but who want to sit together as a group must put a group name in the Special Request box.

Poster printing is a great way for businesses and organizers to spread brand awareness and provide information about events such as this.

The kids’ day will be held on Sunday, September 4, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. It will be at 5625 Park Boulevard in Pinellas Park, Florida 33781. Visit the Painting with a Twist website for more information on other events or to purchase tickets.
