Pinellas Park has outdoor fun on schedule

A community festival is to be held in Pinellas Park this January.

The event is the Florida Suncoast Tiny Home Festival, which a charity-based day organized by the United Tiny House Association. It helps by providing support to those who live in tiny homes. The Association frequently hosts events such as these across multiple states in order to fund this initiative. The events started as a project from husband-and-wife duo John and Fin Kernohan. Both are long time speakers and advocates for the tiny home movement, and have several charities and groups to help those in need.

With this event, proceeds will go towards benefiting the tiny house owners in and around the community. Patrons should look forward to an array of tiny home displays, food, drinks, live entertainment, and vendors.

The festival is free to attend for law enforcement, military, firefighters, emergency responders, and children under the age of 12. For all others, the cost will be $10 until January 1, after which it will increase to $15. It will be $20 at the gate.

Poster printing can be useful to serve as a map for guests at events like this.

The festival takes place on January 21 at the England Brothers Bandshell located at 5010 81st Avenue North. It begins at 11:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm.
