The Tampa Bay SPCA works throughout the year to help animals in need, and Pinellas Park has been asked to be part of a fundraiser than will support its efforts.
The organization’s Pet Walk fundraiser, which is still happening at the time of writing, will be a community celebration that that lends a hand to animals in need. It will include a three-kilometer walk, and there will be lots of other activities as well, with options for almost every age and interest.
The public who attends the function can bring along Fluffy, Fido, or Polly to enjoy the festivities, and they may even be chosen as the winner of the annual pet costume contest. Food will be available, and a selection of community vendors will also be taking part. Some pets who are hoping to find their forever home will be on hand for meet and greets, and all support of the fundraiser will be appreciated.
