Pinellas Park event to be all about pie

A Pinellas Park area event will put pie center stage in a variety of unexpected ways, and the public is invited to come and be a part of the fun.

The organizers of this year’s Pinellas Pie festival remarked that they have planned for the occasion to be better than ever, and they have included activities for adults and kids alike. Admission is free, and all are welcome.

The grown-ups in the crowd can take in one of the live performances that will be taking place on the stage throughout the day, and they can also sample one of the pie-inspired beers that will be poured. Younger guests can head to the kids’ zone that will offer face painting, games, and activities just for them.

Everyone has been reminded to bring along a lawn chair or blanket to spread out and sit on while they enjoy a slice of one of the pies that will have been baked just for the occasion. If they wish, they can even choose to take home a whole pie so they can have it for dessert or a snack later.

Along with offering attendees an opportunity to have fun while meeting with friends old and new, the festivity will also serve as a fundraiser for the Pinellas humane society. Banner printing and other marketing services for an event like this can be performed by an area printer.

This afternoon of fun for the Pinellas Park area will be held on October 13. Largo Central Park will serve as the location for all the excitement.
