Pinellas Park area event to give a salute to Greece

A celebration near Pinellas Park will put Greek food and culture front and center, and one and all are welcome to join in the fun of the 2018 St. Pete Greek Fest.

The event, which will feature Greek food, dancing, music, and vendors, will have something to offer people of all ages. Everything from gyros (Greek kebabs) to flaming Greek cheese, moussaka, baklava and other dishes will be available for sampling, as will a variety of beer and wine from this Mediterranean country.

DJs will be on site spinning Greek tunes, and instructors will be on hand to provide lessons in Greek dance. A kids zone will be set up for the younger guests, and more than 20 vendors will have displays set up for the festival goers to browse through. An even split draw, raffle, silent auction, and tours of the location are on the agenda for the weekend, and all are welcome. Business Forms and other items that can help to keep a function like this running smoothly can be prepared by a local printing services provider.

This outdoor celebration, which has been planned to run from February 9 until 11, will be held rain or shine. The St. Stefanos Greek Church in St. Petersburg will be the location for the festivities, and anyone who wants more information can find it on the church’s website.
